Rainforest Falls Family VBS
Exploring Who God is: The Ultimate Jungle Journey // JUNE 22-26, 2026
Grace Community Church // 8200 Old Columbia Rd. Fulton, MD 20759
Exploring who God is... the Ultimate Jungle Journey.
This summer, Grace will be hosting Rainforest Falls Family VBS (Vacation Bible School). Families will participate in memorable Bible learning experiences and fun family bonding activities that will encourage and equip them to grow in friendship with God and look for evidence of God all around them.
This is a great opportunity for kids and parents alike to grow in their faith and discipleship journeys – you won’t want to miss it!
June 22-26, 2026 // 6-8:15P // Grace Community Church
At Rainforest Falls, families will explore what it means to explore who God is in rain forest falls! We will journey through the JUNGLE to discover who God is-our loving creator, all knowing power, shelter provider, life-giving savior and forever friend.
Each night families will journey to… ’Rooted Bible Adventures’, ’Wild Games’, ’The Imagination Station’ (just for kids) and ’The Parent Discipleship Workshop’ (just for parents!)!
There will be songs, skits and special ‘Treetop Treats’! Plus, we will learn how to see God (we call these ’God-sightings’) all along the way!
It’s time to gather your people (neighbors and family friends, too) grab a jungle vine and ‘swing on in’ for some jungle-tastic adventures together!

🌿 NEW THIS YEAR — Pathfinders (Graduating 5th Graders)
We’re excited to introduce Pathfinders, a special track designed just for graduating 5th graders who are in between being VBS participants and volunteers. Pathfinders will enjoy hands-on activities, team challenges, leadership moments, and deeper conversations—all while still being part of the Rainforest Falls adventure. It’s a great next step for kids ready for a little more independence, responsibility, and fun!
If you have a child in this age group, please be sure they are registered as a Pathfinder. If your only child is a PATHFINDER (graduated 5th grader), we encourage parents to attend the opening and closing with their child.
Serve at Family VBS
We anticipate welcoming many families to this year’s VBS, and it takes many hands and hearts to create a fun-filled experience. Help by donating needed items or sign up to serve! There are serving roles available for middle school and high school students and adults. Parents with elementary school-aged children may also choose to serve in some of the pre-event roles.
Rainforest Power Falls Prayer Walk
Summer Family Prayer Walk: Rainforest Power Falls
“The evangelization of the world depends first of all upon a revival of prayer.” – Andrew Murray
You and your family are invited to join us this summer for a special experience—our Rainforest Power Falls Prayer Walk!
Let’s come together and ask God to pour out His Spirit so that His “power falls” on our families, our church, and those who don’t yet know Him—beginning during Rainforest Falls Family VBS (June 22–26) and continuing all summer long.
How It Works
1. Start at Prayer Station #1
Head to the top of the driveway leading to the pavilion (behind Grace).
2. Scan the QR Code
-
- Open the guide on your phone
- It will give you directions + prayer prompts for each station
3. Follow the Path Together
Visit each prayer station as a family, using the prompts and activities provided in the bins.
4. Let Your Kids Lead!
Encourage your kids to help navigate from station to station—it’s a fun and engaging way to involve them in prayer.
5. Come Back Again
We’ll update the prayer prompts and activities throughout the summer, so you can make this a meaningful weekly rhythm for your family!
Let’s be a church that seeks God together—praying boldly, consistently, and expectantly for what He will do this summer.
