Grace Families

The Grace Families ministry serves kids and students, birth to 18 years old.  We believe that Scripture calls parents to be the primary disciple-makers in the lives of their children, and yet we also believe that the Church is called to make disciples of the next generation. Therefore, in all we do, we seek to work together with parents for maximum impact, building a strong, gospel-centered foundation for the next generation.

Family Discipleship

Discipleship of children begins in the home. Scripture doesn’t present parental discipleship as a one-size-fits-all model, which is why it so important that we learn from each other, seek wisdom, and adapt as parents to best serve our children. Our ministry wants to come alongside parents to help them craft their own approach to family discipleship. We believe that sincere family discipleship can take shape throughout moments and milestones.

MOMENTS

Parent your children intentionally by capturing moments in your daily, monthly, and yearly rhythms to teach and train your kids in gospel-centered conversations.

  • Family devotional ideas
  • Holiday themed devotionals for families
  • Missions Month family activities
  • Bible reading plans

MILESTONES

We encourage you to celebrate and remember significant spiritual milestones in the lives of your children.

  • Parent Commissioning / Child Dedication
  • Salvation Moment
  • Baptism
  • Communion
  • Major grade transitions (5th>6th, 8th>9th, high school graduation)

Kids

Grace Kids (Birth-PreK and K–5th grade) is our ministry to care for children through teaching Scripture in fun, age-appropriate ways, helping children learn who their Heavenly Father is and what He has done for us in the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Grace Kids programming is available during all three Sunday gatherings.

Students

Grace Students is the Middle School and High School Ministry at Grace Community Church. Our desire is to help students engage with each other by providing a safe environment for them to build deep biblical relationships, and impact the world for the Kingdom of God.

Middle School students gather every Sunday morning at 9A and 11A in the Warehouse. High School students are invited into the main worship gatherings and meet separately on Saturday evenings.

Grace GEMs

Grace GEMs – God’s Exceptional Miracles – is a ministry serving infants through young adults with special needs and their families. In addition to providing accommodations to children during our Sunday program, we also encourage our parents/guardians to find strength from others on similar journeys, find serving opportunities for teens and young adults with special needs, or find (OR BE!) a companion to accompany children in Grace Kids or the Grace Students program.
