Director of Counseling
The Director of Counseling is responsible for managing the counseling needs at Grace Community Church. S/he will coordinate the caseload, referral process, procedures, records, budgets, and daily operations. S/he will work with staff, members, and attendees to coordinate counseling care for Grace attenders by referring them out to either professional or lay counselors. S/he will occasionally provide counseling for Grace attendees and be available to help staff with counseling issues that may arise in their ministry. S/he will provide workshops for Grace’s staff and leaders on various counseling-related topics.
Care & Counseling Coordinator
The Care and Counseling Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative, project management and communications support for the Care & Counseling Pastor and the Director of Counseling, as well as the Care & Counseling Ministry. In addition, s/he is responsible for processing benevolence requests and coordinating weddings and funerals.
Pastor of Disciple Making
The Pastor of Disciple Making is responsible for championing the multiplication of interpersonal and intergenerational disciple making at Grace Community Church by building a culture of discipleship throughout the church. He will also be a part of the Sunday teaching team.
Beyond Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant for Missions & Mobilization is responsible for providing administrative support for impact trips, local and global events, and the Beyond Director. S/he coordinates communication with ministry teams and volunteers.
