• God loved Abraham.
• Abraham loved God.
• God had a special plan for Abraham and his family.
• God keeps His promises.

• God had a special plan for Jesus.
• God sent Jesus to save us and be our friend forever.

• God loved a man named Abraham.  
• God made a special promise to Abraham.
• God told Abraham to move to a special place he had never been.
• God had a wonderful plan for Abraham and his family to be a blessing to many people.
• God promised him a big family.
• God showed Abraham that he would have a family bigger than the number of stars in the sky.
• Abraham trusted and followed God.
• God told Abraham and Sarah that they were going to have a baby.
• Abraham and Sarah thought they were too old to have a baby!
• But, God can do anything!
• Finally, God gave them a baby, his name was Isaac.
• God kept His promise!
• God always keeps His promises!
• Abraham would be the father of many children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, more than the stars in the sky!
• God had a very special plan for Abraham and He has a special plan for each and everyone of us.
• We can trust and follow God too.
• God promises that Jesus is our friend forever!

Father God, Thank you  that you are a God who keeps your promises! Thank you love us so much and gave us the promise of your Son ,Jesus, to be our friend forever.  We love you and pray this in your Holy name. Amen
